Question: What are my options for placing orders with Rhythm Band?
Answer:

Rhythm Band accepts orders in whatever matter is most convenient for you: snail mail, via our website (limited product but additional items added on a regular basis), email, phone and fax. Question: What payment options do I have?
Answer: currently our website is in partnership with PayPal to accept all major credit cards transactions in the most secure platform available. Purchase Orders can only be used with an approved school account. To set up account and get prior approval see below.
Question: May I use my school’s purchase order via the Internet?
Answer: School purchase orders must be pre-approved through our school sales department. schoolsales@rhythmband.com or 800-424-4724 X109.
Question: How are shipping costs determined?
Answer:

Regular Ground Shipping
RBI ships all web orders via FedEx or United States Postal Service. Some very large orders may require alternative shipping methods.

Up to $74.95......$8.95
$75.00-$149.95...$12.95
$150-$500.00...10%
$500 and up....8%

Next day or second day shipping is available. Call for price.

Currently web orders only ship to the Continental US and Canada. Rhythm Band Instruments can ship around the world through their phone and email ordering process. These shipments will require a custom freight quote and a possible sur-charge. All freight charges are subject to change due to the changing cost of carrier rates, including fuel surcharges.

Question: What are your hours of operation?
Answer: Our office is open from 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. Monday Through Friday. Orders can be faxed, emailed, or placed on the Internet 24 hours a day.
Question: What if I want or need to return a product?
Answer: We want you to be happy with every item you purchase from our company. If for any reason you are not pleased, we will accept returns for full credit or refund within 30 days of receipt.
Question: How long will it take to get my order?

Question: Do you offer discounts to schools?
Answer: The current prices on our website are our everyday, low school prices. Additional discounts may be available on large orders or district-wide purchases. Contact schoolsales@rhythmband.com for a quote.
Question: How can I purchase replacement handbells or Boomwhackers for my sets?
Answer: Rhythm Band does not normally sell individual bells or Boomwhackers but we can offer replacements if damaged in shipment or defective. Contact sales@rhythmband.com.
