Rhythm Band Instruments takes children’s safety very seriously.

In 2008 President George W. Bush signed into law the Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act.  This new legislation established revised safety standards for products intended for use by children ages 12 and under, and over the years standards have become much more stringent.  Our ongoing testing program assures that our products are tested for lead levels, Phthalates, heavy metals, and product safety, all according to the latest CPSIA and ASTM-F963 standards.
